Accepting Domain Name Transfer to your GoDaddy account

If you chose to have your newly purchased domain name transferred / pushed to your GoDaddy account (and the name is currently with GoDaddy), and it seems that the name still has not reached you (even though you completed the first step), please follow this guide:


1. Log in to your GoDaddy account, click on Manage all to view all your domain names:

2.Then, click on Domains:

3. And then select either Transfers, Transfers In, or Pending Account Changes:



4. Then, select the domain name that needs to be accepted (check the box next to it), and click on the Accept Transfer button (the button should be white, not grey):

Once these steps are completed, you will need to wait for the domain name to be fully transferred to you. You will know this has happened, after GoDaddy sends you an email that confirms just that. This is an email you should expect getting after the steps above have been done:
